I love to move—it’s what I’ve always done.

​Keeping my own mind open and free and curious, I’ve made a point of studying many ways of working with the body. Using the techniques of yoga, Pilates, somatic exercise and fascial fitness as a base, I help people find their own grace and ease of movement. ​
