when things don't go quite as planned...

For Private or Semi Private Sessions:

• All appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice, otherwise the session will be charged at full price.

For Workshops:

• If you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of the workshop, I will give you credit towards another workshop with me.
• If you cancel with 24 hours notice or less, you forfeit payment for the workshop and no credit will be given. 

For Weekend Retreats:

• If you cancel with 4 weeks prior to the retreat, you will receive a refund in full, minus the non-refundable deposit.

• If you cancel with less than 4 weeks notice, no credit will be given.

For Yoga Vacations and Week-long Retreats:

• If you cancel your reservation 6 months prior to the start date, you will receive a refund in full, minus a $400 non-refundable deposit.
  
• Trip Insurance is strongly recommended. It will protect you from cancellation, trip interruptions, and covers your medical costs should anything happen to you on the trip.  Because this protection is available, I offer no refunds for cancellations 6 months or less from the start date of the retreat.
