beginning/intermediate reformer - in person
Join this fun, total body workout on the reformer. Challenge your core and peripheral muscles in all planes and directions to improve your posture, balance, strength and neuroplasticity. Familiarity with the reformer is required. This class is for clients who feel comfortable with essential level work and are ready to move to a quicker pace. Plan on leaving properly aligned and stronger than when you came in.
pilates mat + strength and standing balance
Pilates exercises in general keep you strong, centered, and stable. Mat work focuses more on the core body: strengthening the deep muscles of the abdominal region, back, hips, gluts, and shoulders. To complete the well-balanced workout, we also practice balancing. A variety of props are used to add variety and resistance to the workout. A fun and accessible way to gain a little more strength and stamina in your core!
intermediate yoga class
My yoga class strikes a balance between flowing vinyasa movements and the longer holds of traditional hatha yoga. I teach a fully balanced practice that opens and brings life to all parts of the body, each class. Designed to build strength and stamina in body and mind, yoga classes typically include sun salutes, standing poses, balance work, backbends, inversions, twists and forward bends. I strive to balance the active with the reflective, strength with grace and flexibility, and to work your whole body each class. I always offer modifications based on injury or other limitations, and I encourage you to have fun with your yoga practice, to honor your body and work at your own pace.

NOTE: Online classes will be conducted via the Zoom app. Online classes are mat price and purchased through Pacific NW Pilates: $18 drop in/$150 for 10 class package.
Reformer class rates: $40 drop in/$175 for 5 class package/$330 for 10 class package. Reformer classes are limited to 5 students.
