Saturday 10:00-11:15 am
Myofascial Release + Somatics (on hold until January)
(you need a foam roller for this class, and optional tennis ball)

NOTE: All classes will be conducted via the Zoom app. All these classes are mat price: $18 drop in/$150 for 10 class package.
Online Zoom Classes listed above run through the end of April (see exceptions *noted below). I will offer a similar schedule until the quarantine is lifted. Classes are limited to 10 students (except Saturday yoga, which is 18). You can sign up through Pacific Northwest Pilates' MindBodyOnline program.
