Pay What You Can/Sliding Scale
(suggested price $35 for one hour workshop) ​
This workshop will address the main fascial lines of the body, using yoga movement vocabulary and props.

We will do some large scale, full body movements to open up the front and back lines. We will do plenty of spiral line work with twists and combined twists and forward bends. We will work on the lateral line with side bending poses. And, we will explore the ancient practice of uddiyana bandha, to help massage and hydrate the abdominal organs. Part of this workshop will explore the "deep front line" which starts at the sole of the foot and runs deep in the body all the way to the tongue.

You will need a firm blanket, a non-stretchy strap, and a yoga block.
