I really enjoy working with people one-on-one to focus on specific issues or simply provide focused individual attention. I like to bring in the range of my training, including yoga, pilates, somatic exercise, myofascial release, and fascial movement, as well as therapeutic yoga and pilates to create an experience unique to each person's needs.
The initial private session will include an postural analysis and all the basic principles of STOTT PILATES®. This will guide a program that is ideally suited for your needs. I can also include yoga in the private session, and indeed, the session can be completely tailored to developing or refining your own personal yoga or other movement practice.
I am a true believer in Pilates, yoga and somatics as a means to rehabilitate injuries. My continuing studies and many rehabilitation and therapeutic courses (see training info) are all brought into my work with clients. I am constantly finding ways to refine and enhance my teaching. In that spirit, I take several new courses each year to expand my knowledge base and teaching skills.

Private Package: Specialist Trainer
Single Private: $90
Package of 5 Privates: $425 ($85/session)
Package of 10 Privates: $800 ($80/session)
Package of 20 Privates: $1500 ($75/session)
Single Semi-Private (you and a friend):
$48 each person for a single session
Package of 5 semi-privates: $230 ($46/session each person)
Package of 10 Semi-Privates: $430 ($43/session each person)
Package of 20 Semi-Privates: $800 ($40/session each person)
*All packages have a six month expiration. The packages are paid to Pacific Northwest Pilates.
