Fees for Private & Semi-Private Sessions
My private sessions are run through Pacific NW PIlates, and are 55 minutes long. The sessions are set as "Specialized" pricing (you have an issue/condition that requires specialized knowledge) or a higher-level "Therapeutic Pilates" pricing. That level is for those people who have multiple issues they are managing, and must be very careful when embarking on an exercise program. If you're not sure which category you would be in, you can get more information at the PNWP website by CLICKING HERE. For online sessions through Zoom, go to the link below. Not only is she a great instructor, but her passion for rehabilitating old injuries has helped me immensely. At 65 I now have freedom of movement that I haven't had in thirty years. --GD I have been working with Sue on a weekly basis to overcome some serious body issues. While we mainly do Somatics, Sue’s extensive knowledge across multiple disciplines allows her to call upon different techniques to help overcome problem areas. Not many people are trained in Somatics and Sue’s expertise in this area has made all the difference in my ability to retrain my body, mind and movements. Along with her deep technical knowledge, Sue is incredibly intuitive. This allows her to quickly grasp the likely problem and move toward movement solutions. Sue has been so kind and caring as we have worked through long-standing physical issues (some stemming from emotional issues), helping me to “unblock” and move forward. She is a truly empathetic person who sincerely cares about what’s best for you. I feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have been able to work with her. --JK |
