The DVD Features:
- Three separate 22-25 minute Exercise Series, each containing self-massage, core stabilization, stretching, and relaxation.
- Getting Started Section which includes detailed descriptions of the terminology used, so as not to interrupt the flow of the exercises.
- Modifications to the exercises based on back conditions including disc dysfunction, scoliosis, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, sciatica, osteoarthritis of the spine, stenosis and spondylolisthesis.
